RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you receive merchandise that is defective, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the date delivered. Returned purchases will be repaired or replaced depending on the defect. Antika will be the final arbiter of such decision. If you receive defective merchandise, you should contact Antika as soon as possible by sending an email to us at email@example.com or contact us here. If Antika deems it appropriate for a refund on returns, the refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Antika is happy to exchange merchandise purchased online in the event that you change your mind, just email us with your exchange request. Please note that Antika will only exchange online purchases within 14 days of the date delivered. It is not currently possible to return an item in exchange for store credit. Please note that all returned online purchases must be received by Antika in its original, new condition and in its original packaging and include the original invoice. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered in any way may not be returned or exchanged. Antika reserves the right not to exchange purchases should they be returned not in accordance with these online returns and exchanges guidelines. Please note that delivery costs for defective online purchases will be refunded. For exchanges, please include a return bag addressed to you for return. Antika recommends returning items via an insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you carry adequate insurance to cover the purchase price and delivery. Antika does not assume responsibility for compensation or reimbursement for returned merchandise if the package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please send an email, as soon as possible, to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to satisfy your request. If the merchandise has been shipped, the purchase cannot be changed or cancelled until the merchandise has been returned to us.
