Your use of this website is regulated by these terms and conditions which we may amend. Shopping online at Antika is a secure process. Our secure servers are hosted by Shopify and are Level 1 PCI compliant and use 128-bit SSL encryption. When the padlock symbol appears within your browser, you can click on it to see more information.
For security, all Antika online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. If you wish to check the status of your order and delivery, or if you have not received your order within the days specified, please contact us here or email our customer service team at email@example.com and we will contact Australia Post on your behalf.
All purchases are gift wrapped. For gifts, there is provision in the Shopping Cart to write a gift message.
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
For delivery within Australia, delivery charges are complimentary. For your protection, all parcels are sent registered mail via Australia Post. Please allow, from dispatch, an estimated 3-5 business days to receive your order. Please keep in mind, that deliveries to areas outside metropolitan areas, may take longer that 5 business days from dispatch. Parcels are dispatched on the same day of order or next business day.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
For normal orders delivered outside Australia, delivery and shipping charges are complimentary. For your protection, all parcels are sent registered mail via Parcel Post. Please allow minimum 10 business days from dispatch. For Express Courier International with Insurance, charges will apply and allow minimum 5 business days from dispatch for delivery. If you wish to insure your delivery, there is provision in your Cart to select insurance.
For security, we hold the tracking number internally for each delivery. You will be notified by email of your tracking number and dispatch date. If there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain your documentation and contact us immediately here or email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track your package for you.
Prices displayed on the Antika website are in Australian dollars. We use reasonable effort to ensure our prices are accurate; however, if errors occur in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Pendants and chains/chokers are shown on our website as sets. You can purchase the pendants separately by selecting 'Pendant only' in the Chain/Choker Length drop-down menu. If the option does not exist for the item you wish to purchase, just send us an email to our customer service team at email@example.com or contact us here. For necklaces which contain a pendant, the pendant cannot be removed.
Loss or damage to merchandise passes to you upon delivery, provided we have received your payment in full for the merchandise.
Antika accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa; MasterCard; and, American Express.
Ring sizes displayed on this website are standard Australian sizes. For ring sizes used in other countries, please refer to our Ring Size Conversion Guide.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you receive merchandise ordered online that is defective, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the date delivered. Returned online purchases will be repaired or replaced depending on the defect. Antika will be the final arbiter of such decision. If you receive defective merchandise purchased online, you should contact Antika as soon as possible by sending an email to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us here. If Antika deems it appropriate for a refund on returns, the refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Antika is happy to exchange merchandise purchased online in the event that you change your mind; however, Antika will only exchange online purchases that are of equal value or higher than the original online purchase price and, within 14 days of the date delivered. It is not currently possible to return an item in exchange for store credit. Please note that all returned online purchases must be received by Antika in its original, new condition and in its original packaging and include the original invoice. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered in any way may not be returned or exchanged. Antika reserves the right not to exchange online purchases should they be returned not in accordance with these online returns and exchanges guidelines. Please note that delivery costs for defective online purchases will be refunded. For exchanges, please include a return bag addressed to you for return. Antika recommends returning items via an insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you carry adequate insurance to cover the purchase price and delivery. Antika does not assume responsibility for compensation or reimbursement for returned merchandise if the package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to change or cancel your online order, please send an email, as soon as possible, to our customer service team at email@example.com and we will do our best to satisfy your request. If the merchandise has been shipped, the purchase cannot be changed or cancelled until the merchandise has been returned to us.
When you use or access this website or register or purchase online with Antika, you give Antika consent to collect, store, use and disclose personal information that you submit through your use of this website. This personal information collected from users of this website is to service your purchasing requests, manage your transactions and to communicate directly with you. We will endeavour to keep your personal information correct and current. We also track non-personal information so we can improve our services and enhance your online shopping experience. Such enhancements may include sending marketing material.
